The movie is based on the story of twelve families quarantined in different cities around the world — Moscow, Paris, New York, Dublin, Madrid, Sevastopol, Barcelona, Herat, Guangzhou, Tehran, Sao Paulo and Melbourne. Despite the geographical and cultural differences, the different strategies chosen by the national governments in the fight against the virus, the initial situations of the protagonists turn out to be similar. Globalization has already happened and today we are all very dependent on each other.
